Welcome to the LowVisionProject.Org Site

This site is the home for collaborators in research and development projects that involve the Lions Vision Research and Rehabilitation Center at the Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute. You can read descriptions of the projects by clicking on the links in the menu bar above.  Under "How to Use This Site" in the menu bar, collaborators can find responses to a list of frequently asked questions. This site used to be the gateway to the Low Vision Rehabilitation Network (LVRN). With the completion of the Low Vision Rehabilitation Consensus Project, we have moved LVRN-related activities to the Principles & Practice of Low Vision Rehabilitation (PPLVR) Learning Community website at www.pplvr.com. We invite you to create an account at PPLVR, fill-out your personal profile, browse the site, read and comment on the published articles and cases, write your own blogs, and interact with colleagues in the threaded discussion forum.
